
This Delivery Policy applies to services provided by EcomKik Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). As we provide digital services only, no physical goods are shipped.
1. Overview
EcomKik specialises in digital services, including Shopify store development, theme customisation, and performance optimisation. Delivery of our services is completed digitally through:
• Transfer of Shopify store ownership or collaborator access; and/or
• Installation and deployment of code on the client’s live Shopify theme.
2. Delivery Timeline
2.1 Standard Turnaround
Our standard delivery timeframe for agreed development packages is 7 calendar days from the date:
• payment has been received; and
• the project scope has been confirmed; and
• all required assets, access credentials, and information have been provided by the client.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
2.2 Extended Timelines
Where a project requires advanced or complex custom development, the delivery timeframe may exceed 7 days. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and provide an updated estimated completion date.
3. Client Responsibilities
Delays may occur if you do not provide required content, approvals, access credentials, or feedback in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by client-side issues.
4. Completion and Handover
Delivery is deemed complete when:
• Shopify store ownership or appropriate access is transferred to you; or
• agreed code or functionality is installed and functioning on your live Shopify theme.
Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the ongoing operation and management of the store transfers to you, subject to any agreed post-delivery support.
5. Communication
All project communication, updates, and delivery confirmations are primarily conducted via WhatsApp to ensure efficient communication.

6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Delivery Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
